God as our Mentor

God has been helping me through tough times in life. He has helped me be a better person day by day. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn about Him and know that. He loves me unconditionally, no matter what happens in life. My experience with God changed my life as I understood what it means to have faith. I realized that I could have a relationship with Him, even though He may or may not be there. Earlier I used to think about Who is God and What is God . It is something that needs to be felt to understand. I used the term “experience” because this is how we should think of our spiritual experiences. As they happen naturally and without effort on our part. For example, my relationship with God began with the feeling that I needed to know Him more deeply because He was so important to me. It was not until I experienced God differently that I realized the importance of my faith. This experience changed my life, and it continues to change me. God’s love for us encompasses everyt

LONELY PEOPLE

Lonely People who mostly enjoy their own company and I am one of those kind of persons. I have a habit of observing faces around me. When I saw and observed that most of the people around me are living dual lives; one is pretty social where they to go to their workplaces, pay their bills, attend the dinners and funerals and apparently struggling for a better and happy life;whereas, the other life is entirely different where they are very alone, dejected and sad. People struggling: I feel that everyone is worry about something, everyone is struggling for something and that something is not achievable. I feel that the whole society is entangle in strangely woven strings of worries, selfishness and various kinds of complexes. Lonely People is dealing with a problem of his own kind but one thing is similar in most of the faces; they are not in peace in their hearts. I was not an exception, having same sagacity of restlessness, facing the same kind of complexes and I wanted a solution. T

How do you surrender your heart to god?

Image
Since God created us in His image, we all have a little piece of God in us, and when life pushes us to the wall, we turn to a power higher than us. When I was in my darkest pit, I remembered a higher power than me, than my problems, and I knelt and said a little prayer. My relationship was in shambles; my business was going down the drain. Even when I was on my knees, I prayed for God to fix my current life because I did not want to give it up; I did not want to give up my control. That is not how God works . Spirituality is more about letting go rather than gaining. After fighting for so long, I finally decided to lay all my burdens to the Almighty. I completely surrendered. The idea that I had about my relationship and business, I let it go. I was willing to let God take control, I mean, I had tried to control it myself, and it almost took me to the grave, so I let the perfect designer design my life the way He so pleased. It was the best decision I ever did.

God is you and You are part of God

Image
You are a part of God. You and I just don’t really understand that yet. We were always told we are not God,   God   is like Santa Clause and big and powerful and we should be afraid. We are connected by energy to all that is. We are connected to the ocean waves, the eagle in the sky, the energy that is in everything is God. And us. Who is God Exactly? God’s love   is quite different. It is unconditional love, without expectation. He loves us, not depending on whether we deserve his love. He loves us because is his nature to love. gods you Is there a God, One who knows you and can know you? Is this the most crucial question you’ll ever ask? What is the nature of God? What do you think His name is? What does He look like? Is God concerned about you? Is there a reason for your existence, a reason for your life? And, most importantly, are you able to get to know Him — on a personal level? God has decided to show his character, thoughts, and heart to us because he loves us. Here are seven

Buddha about Love - Buddha about life

As blood nourishes the heart and keeps it flowing, so love nourishes spiritual freedom and keeps it flowing. The bond is so strong that Buddhism , also known as the Path of Freedom, could be described as a religion of love. Perhaps this is what the Dalai Lama meant when he said his religion is kindness . Love, according to the Buddha, is one of the paths to complete spiritual liberation. If we call Buddhism a religion of love, we must define what we mean by love, or more specifically, what types of love we include. Because freedom is the ultimate guide, measure, and goal of all things Buddhist. Indeed, in keeping with the general practise of Buddhist teachings, Nhat Hanh delivers distilled infusions of clarity, employing simple language and metaphor to address the most fundamental concerns of the soul. To receive his teachings, one must actively commit not to succumb to the Western pathology of cynicism, our flawed self-protection mechanism that readily dismisses anyt

Love & Happiness: What Do We Know?

Whenever it boils down to it, we get married for one reason: we believe that we will be happier together, maybe we'd be if we were single. A need for happiness drives humans, and we will do everything we believe will bring additional of it into our lives. Whenever we get married, we hope to have a better relationship with our spouse and believe that even if we stay together, we will create much more happiness. We form a partnership with someone who appears to be a good fit for us. When people get together as a couple, they are also both young and inexperienced, and neither partner is ready to put up the effort necessary to figure out why they aren't experiencing the amount of happiness they desire in their life to begin with. We might think people or situations may be responsible for health, wealth, love and happiness . But the fact is that we are responsible for all these things and particularly for happiness.     You deserve to be happy and loved Love is more tha

HOW DO I KNOW GOD EXISTS?

Image
Recent polls show that as many as 96 percent of Americans believe in the existence of God. But how do you know there is a God? You cannot prove that God exists by normal scientific methods. And we can’t prove that God exists by our five senses. You can’t   see him, touch him, or smell him . However, there is plenty of compelling evidence for God’s existence, and we can make a reasoned decision to believe in God based on that evidence. For example, the “B i g Bang” theory is currently the most widely accepted explanation of cosmological origin. This theory says that a chance collision of gases and matter set in motion a random series of events that, over billions of years, brought us the universe and solar system we know today. But the great cosmological question is, “What caused the Big Bang?” Even more important, where did the gases and matter come from in the first place? You can’t have something come from anything! Mathematicians have computed the odds that a chance explosion of g
